Paramedic Training Program

To become a paramedic, you can expect to be required to obtain and complete formal training. Every state in the US has its own distinct requirements that a paramedic training curriculum has to satisfy, to be deemed sufficient. The United States Department of Transportation National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has established a National Standard Curriculum for EMT-Paramedics. Despite the fact that the training programs vary by state, each are modeled after and adhere to the national standard curriculum to produce a competent, basic level paramedic.
